- Mix dry ingredients. Incorporate with a fork
- Add milk, egg, and melted *butter. mix well
- Pour 1/4 cup olive oil in iron skillet. Heat skillet on high. Pour batter in when hot.
- Bake 425°F for 18-20 min
Notes
Note: This was my recipe for regular flour before we switched to einkorn flour. You may need to adjust the liquid if you are using regular flour.
*If you are using salted butter you may want to omit the salt
