Quick and Easy Cobbler (any fruit)

Easy cobbler to make with any fruit for a fast dessert
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups einkorn flour (all-purpose flour - just increase the milk below)
  • 1 1/2-2 cups sugar(depends on fruit sweetness)
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt( increase salt if using regular flour)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (peach cobbler)
  • 1 3/4 cup milk (2 cups if using regular flour)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8-1/4 cup butter
  • 20oz to-32oz fruit with juice

Method
 

  1. Mix dry and add liquid and mix well.
  2. Butter a 9x13 pan and pour batter in pan
  3. Carefully dip/pour your fruit with the juice on top of the batter.
  4. Drizzle butter or pats of butter on top
  5. Bake 375°Ffor 30-40 minutes

Notes

Serve with Vanilla Ice cream.
Note: If you're using all-purpose flour, increase the milk but you may also need to increase your fruit too. Also, if the cobbler is on the dry side. Less baking time or increase your liquid.
