Quick Einkorn Flour Pie Crust

Servings: 1 pie shell

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c einkorn flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 c oil
  • 1/4 c water

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients flour, salt, baking powder. Set aside
  2. In a sauce pan, bring oil and water to a boil
  3. After it starts to boil, add your flour mixture and stir. This will form a ball.
  4. Press into a pie pan! Easy!

Notes

 Since switching to einkorn I decreased the liquid and the salt. If you're using regular white flour, use 1/3 cup oil and 1/2 tsp salt.
