What can I do with einkorn flour?

For all the biscuits, sweet treats, and loaves of bread you can replace your wheat or white flour with einkorn flour and you will not go back. The flavor is remarkable…..deep, satisfying, and fluffy.

If sensitive to wheat flour this may be a perfect flour.

What is ancient grain einkorn flour?

It is an ancient grain without hybridization. The structure of the grain is so different than wheat today. Many can tolerate einkorn better than modern wheat.

  1. I LOOOOVE this recipe! So easy!!! You are a GENIUS, thank you SO MUCH!!! One ofquestion, can i split the recipe in half to make just one loaf? Or can i freeze the second loaf? It’s only my daughter and I so two loaves are a lot! If so, should i make a cooking time variation?
